CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion of a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child in any manner.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. This also includes any content that depicts, promotes, or distributes the sexual exploitation of children.

- Sharing, distributing, soliciting, or possessing any form of CSAM
- Engaging in or facilitating any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Grooming or attempting to groom minors for sexual purposes
- Soliciting sexual content or interactions involving minors
- Sextortion or blackmail involving minors
- Any attempt to use the platform to contact, communicate with, or gain access to minors for exploitative purposes
- Sharing content that normalizes or promotes the sexual exploitation of children
Reporting Mechanism
We provide accessible reporting mechanisms for users to report suspected CSAE or CSAM:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report any content or user directly within the app using the report feature available on every profile and conversation
- Email: Reports can be submitted to safety@skiphi.ai
All reports related to child safety are treated as the highest priority. We encourage users to report any suspicious activity immediately, even if they are unsure whether it constitutes a violation.
Action and Response Process
Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAE or CSAM, SkipHi follows a strict response process:
1. Immediate Review
All child safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. Reports flagged as critical are escalated immediately to our safety team for urgent assessment.
2. Content Removal
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, the content is removed immediately. We do not wait for the completion of a full investigation to take action on confirmed CSAM.
3. Account Actions
Accounts found to be in violation of this policy are subject to immediate and permanent suspension. Suspended users are prohibited from creating new accounts. We may also take action on accounts associated with the violating user.
4. Evidence Preservation
When CSAM or CSAE is identified, relevant evidence is preserved in accordance with legal requirements to support law enforcement investigations. This data is stored securely and handled only by authorized personnel.
5. Law Enforcement Reporting
Confirmed instances of CSAM are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by United States federal law. For users and content outside the United States, reports are filed with the equivalent regional authority in the applicable jurisdiction.
6. Ongoing Cooperation
SkipHi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in their investigations related to child exploitation. We respond to valid legal processes and provide requested information in a timely manner.
